All our engineers at MSi Testing and Engineering are degreed metallurgical engineers from various industrial backgrounds and testing facilities. They use their experience to solve a problem or answer questions from our customers.
Technician
Our technicians at MSi are trained personnel with backgrounds from previous testing facilities. We have four departments that require skilled employees with testing experience to support our engineering staff.
Customer Service
Customer service is our greatest strength here at MSi. This strength comes from great teamwork and communication. They are the front line support. Whether it is preparing a report, or checking on a current status, they respond to our customers needs. They all have technical backgrounds with exceptional computer skills.
Sales Department
Our sales personnel all come from within the testing industry. They have extensive backgrounds industrial backgrounds and can immediately understand a client request or problem. Our website brings a variety of quotation requests from around the nation every day that must be immediately fielded by our sales staff.
