As a daily resource to our Failure Analysis Lab, our engineering staff reviews all inbound testing projects. Their collective knowledge is used to review
ALL daily testing – especially new clients from the internet and referred clientele. A phone call to all new clients from an engineering staff member is standard operating procedure at
MSi. This procedure is not common at other laboratories. Engineers interact with our customer service and sales departments to be sure that the quoted testing and the submitted sample(s) all match up. Project details and client questions are all addressed in a timely manner.
After the testing is completed, the engineering team reviews
ALL test reports for:
1. Completion of all purchase order requests.
2. Specification accept/reject review requirement.
3. Client turn-around requirement.
4. Consistent pricing in line with quotation.
5. Communications with client upon completion of a project, ensuring all requests have been met.
